My childhood dream
I have always been interested in solar electric, since the first science fair I could remember back in the 1980's, many years have past since then and I am still interested in it and finally doing something about that itch.

A few years ago I got 3 evergreen solar panels off eBay a 102 watt and 2 - 110 watts, Xantrex C40 charge controller, PULSE combiner box and some MC cables.

I wiped off the dust to all this stuff and decided I have a little bit of time to build a small shed just for the solar panels and equipment.

I thought about how I was going to do this shed for a few days and I started the project, I took pictures and video clips and saved measurements as I went just for the site and to give others ideas, I know I read a lot about other folks and their projects and figured I would do the same and expand the internet solar community.

I know, I know.. I should complete the landscape and the house before I start this project, but I needed a break from that :-) As you can see in the photo's the house and property is under major construction.

Here it is folks, my 4x4 solar shed built of 2x6's for insulation purposes.

Enjoy and hope someone finds my project and dream useful!!
